Leadership

In Touch is owned and managed by Peter W. Lilienthal, a Harvard MBA and former corporate executive whose credentials include more than two decades of senior management experience in strategic planning, information systems, administration and finance. Mr. Lilienthal is a frequent speaker on the subjects of employee communication and corporate governance and he is also a prolific writer about these subjects. In addition, he has been an adjunct faculty member at both the University of St. Thomas and Hamline University and has served on a number of corporate and not-for-profit Boards of Directors.

Partnerships

Over the past two years, In Touch has facilitated the development of two sister companies to more directly service the rapidly growing European market. One of these operations is based in the United Kingdom and the other is based in the Netherlands. The customer base in all three locations includes an extensive list of blue-chip multinationals, private companies, public agencies and colleges and universities. In addition, In Touch has taken a leadership role in the not-for-profit sector by making its services available free of charge to an extensive network of community organizations that include the United Way, YMCA and the Girl Scouts.
